Within two years following the grant of the concession, Sardich MC built the installation, including:

- Entering into a Contract for clearing the ground of a site planned for construction of a dump with a contractor on 28.07.2015 and its execution.

- Entering into a Contract for construction of mine facilities with a contractor on 19.08.2015 and starting to perform preparatory mining works for the construction of the mining facilities that make up the installation

- Entering into Mining Contract with a contractor on 15.08.2016 and construction of ore leaching heap, mine yard, waste rock dump.
